Senior Oracle Financial Specialist - Providence RI

HCH Seeks a Senior Oracle person to configure new flex fields, integrate system with other system, migrate data, and document integration process.The candidate must possess the following skills and experience: • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in configuring Oracle EBS specifically adding new flexfields across impacted applications. • The vendor must be able to demonstrate depth in Oracle Financials. • Strong Java experience using J-Developer -Business suite with extensive experience in Release 12.1.3. • Experience with RESTful interfaces / APIs. • Experience with Agile Development, modern DevOps and automation practices including technologies such as Git and Continuous Integration. • Experience with Salesforce integrations strongly preferred • Experience with multi-source ETL development for purposes of data migration. The Specialist will be required to support data conversion activities for the external grants management system including mapping data from various sources with varying formats into standard templates. • Experience creating technical and end user documentation. Requirements The Senior Oracle Financial Specialist is expected to: • Develop program(s) to extract data from EBS for integration with an external grants management system. • Provide technical and functional assistance for General Ledger, procurement (including Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, and Sourcing), and accounts payable. • Provide guidance, leadership and functionality knowledge transfer to State staff. • Troubleshoot and work with Oracle Support to resolve problems. • Create documentation, both technical and end user.

UAT Tester - Providence RI

HCH seeks UAT technicians to carry out the following responsibilities for one of our key clients: • Review Design Documents and Identify Acceptance Test Cases • Test Planning • Test Scenario/Test Case Writing and Test Data Development • User Acceptance Testing Execution and Defect Reporting • Support and accommodate all test and retest cycles as defined by the Client including writing additional test scenarios and cases for retest cycles as required. • Review defects prior to being entered into the testing tools and be able to discuss business impact of defects with Client representatives. • Track progress of test execution and be able to adjust plans as needed in consultation with Client representatives and other Client-designated vendors. • Ability to Support the Project as a Critical Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) to Work with the Client and its Vendors Throughout Entire User Acceptance Test and Deployment • Ability to actively participate in UAT meetings and triage calls. • Assist in providing progress reporting to stakeholders, including status and risks. • Assist State project vendors with assigning test scripts to testers. • Review functional design documents for clarification with the Client and Implementation Vendor to address any ambiguities. • Provide SME support during and after go-live to triage defects / issues found during Production and assess business impact and potential workarounds Additional Qualifications – Experience with Health Information Exchanges, Healthcare, State government, Health and Human services, or related areas is preferable.
